“How to Slay a Pirate: Lessons on Success from Sailing the Pacific”.

On Tuesday, June 4, my friend, sailor, and adventurer Barbara Gottesman released her first book called “How to Slay a Pirate: Lessons on Success from Sailing the Pacific”. I am writing to support her efforts to achieve Amazon bestseller status by asking you to mark your calendars to purchase the book tomorrow (Tuesday, June 4, 2012) from Amazon (available in both print and ebook formats). It contains Barbara’s story about how she got to sailing the Pacific with her family and unique lessons on success that you won’t want to miss. And please forward this to anyone who enjoys a good adventure and/or personal growth.

The book, “How to Slay a Pirate” is the ultimate guide to setting your goals in motion, slaying your pirates (your negative self talk), and finally achieving what you’ve only dreamed of until now. Accompanied by practical step-by-step exercises to guide you through the process, together with travel blog excerpts from Barbara’s nearly two-and-a-half year family sailing adventure through Mexico, the South Pacific and Australia, this book delivers a candid account of challenge, risk, and reward to make a compelling case for why finding your passion is essential.

By reading the book you will discover:

  • 10 questions to identify your passions, dreams and goals
  • 6 steps to set yourself up for success
  • ·5 lessons to help you reach your true potential
  • ·5 pirates that can rob you of achieving total success
