Darlene travels with Neal to most international destinations as she is a part of the keynote as Neal formally introduces her to his audience. She is also the woman – “behind the man” who assures Neal is performing at his peak, trouble shoots when necessary and organizes the numerous logistical components involved in delivering a memorable event.

Prior to becoming president of No - Barriers International, Darlene founded in 1992 an international head-hunting firm, Kristi Executive Search, which specialized in the placement of executives in the rigid plastic packaging arena.
