Next leg

After seeing the decadence of St. Maartin and choosing not to sail over to St. Barts, we left the lagoon bound for Culebra in the Spanish Virgin Islands. We made a quick stop at Lone Ranger to pick up a disc of photos and bid our friends good bye. We have many happy memories with this 255 ft former salvage tug turned private yacht.

After sever wonderful days with the crew, we hoisted the asymmetrical spinnaker, which was off No Barriers and hence a bit to small, but it still worked and was off to the Spanish Virgin Islands. It was a pleasant downwind sail, and 20 hours later we were off the reef of Culebra on a moonless night of Dec 27
